Like the Coldstone's of cupcakes
Molly’s has a great selection of specialty filled cupcakes. For the unknowing, that means there’s frosting on top and filling inside the cake portion of the cupcake. For the right combo, it provides a nice flavor punch.
The other great thing about Molly’s is that you can do any combination of cake, frosting and topping. It’s like the Coldstone’s of cupcakes.
Dishes I tried:
Carrot Cake
I’m a nerd, I like carrot cake. This was a solid cupcake for all the other carrot lovers out there.
Mixed Berry
Great pairing of berry filling and a light, moist cake.
Lemon Meringue
The filling is delightfully lemony.
Chocolate Rasberry
Decadent. Chocolate + rasberry. What’s not to like?
Red Velvet
As long as you have cream cheese frosting, I’m not sure how you can mess this one up.
