After quite a bit of effort, I managed to get a reservation, and it was worth it! Everything was absolutely delicious, my favorite was the shaved foie gras. We did the wine pairing (more like alcohol pairing), which was good, it included some sake, beer, and red, white, and dessert wine. I’ve been trying to get another reservation but haven’t managed to yet. I probably wouldn’t do the wine pairing again as I prefer not to mix different types of alcohol.

WORTH EVERY PENNY and every minute spent online trying to get reservations. Went for dinner and the food was superb. I can’t really talk about specific dishes because they change every time. You definitely will not be disappointed though. :)

I've gone twice within the last 2-3 weeks;...
I’ve gone twice within the last 2-3 weeks; once for dinner and once for lunch. No repeats except for the shaved frozen foie gras with lychee, pine nut brittle, and riesling jelly, which happens to be the best single dish I’ve ever tasted. Dinner was roughly 10 courses while lunch had 17 and lasted 3 hours. Other standouts include the egg dishes, the sea urchin, and the risotto. Def prefer dinner since lunch was too much food, everything was very good. If I ever go for lunch again, I’m not eating for like 2 days.
