I eat here all the time, and the food is great. They’ll adjust the amount of salt, spice; add special ingredients like extra garlic, ginger, ground pork, etc., just for asking. They don’t add MSG to a majority of the dishes. The quality of ingredients is a cut above the usual, especially the beef, which is lean and tender, and the chicken, which is very fresh. The sauces are well balanced. They have an extensive number of tofu dishes, too, which is great if you’re vegetarian. The hot and sour soup is a standout, and among the best dishes are Orange Beef, General Tso’s Chicken, and Schezwan Green Beans. Another big plus is that they have brown rice available for just an extra $1 per order. Ask for vegetables in garlic sauce with brown rice, and you won’t be disappointed.
Excellent in every respect!
