Broiled Alaskan Black Cod
- Wine offerings are priced from several hundred dollars to $16,000 for an '82 Chateau Petrus Pomerol. Signature cocktails feature fresh flavors of cucumber, blackberry and elderflower. Hokusetsu sake is bottled exclusively for Nobu outside Japan.
- The bar and lounge is open for Happy Hour from 5 PM - 9 PM 7 days a week, and the tapas menu is available from 5:30 PM until closing 7 days a week. Happy hour deals include $9 martinis, $7 mixed well drinks, $6 pinot grigio and merlot by the glass, and $4 beers (Sapporo, Kirin, Kirin Light, Asahi)
- If you don't have a reservation, the full menu is also served at the sleek, super-stylish bar and at its adjacent lounge tables.

Nobu Los Angeles opened in the spring of 2008 and was designed by world renowned architect David Rockwell in the famed L'Orangerie space on La Cienega Boulevard. The menu features chef owner Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes such as the Toro Tartar with Caviar, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, and Black Cod Miso. Nobu Los Angeles also offers local specials like Wagyu Tacos, Seabass Jalapeno Miso and Kanpachi Sashimi with Baby Artichoke and Yuzu Dressing.
