I’ve been here a few times for dinner and it hit the spot each time. Service is fast and the decor is sparing, but if you’re in the need for quick meal Noodle Ranch is tough to beat.
One of my favorite dishes. I like noodles, and I like grilled catfish, so it’s great when both are combined with a sweet/tangy Vietnamese sauce.

Noodle Ranch is a noodle shop that has a bunch of different kinds of asian-style noodles, ranging from chinese chow mein to japanese udon to vietnamese rice noodles. The decor is fun and the service is friendly. Quite possibly the best thing is the Sapporo on tap – I don’t see this too often.
Seems like a good spot for decently priced casual dining amongst the higher prices venues downtown…but what do I know, I’m a tourist :)
Tasty peanut sauce and soft noodles, but I’d be happier if it was larger. I think there are some more filling dishes on the menu :)
Very fresh tasting.

Easy place to relax over lunch or dinner, and one of a few bargains still left in the area. After a couple changes in ownership, they’re trying to bring back the shine.
They’ve got my order down to a science: less noodles/extra veggies, extra spicy, plate it dry.
