We went and had the Molecular gastronomy tasting menu offered at O’s Thursday-Sunday by Chef Ian Kleinman. And it was one heck of an experience. Not only was the food very good you get a sense of fun and anticipation with it as even though you have an printed menu in front of you telling you what will be next you can never really be sure what it is going to be. How can you guess what balsamic textures are going to be or Space foam I know that at least the three of us had no idea at all what it could be.

The food is fantastic but that can be had at many places in the area, what can’t be had is the fun this is a meal you will go away talking about for some time after and we highly suggest you give it a try sometime.
