If there aren’t any more authentic italian restaurants around you, then olive garden can make a semi-decent stand in. There’s too much emphasis on their breadsticks and creamy alfredo sauces….I try to avoid both.

Most people at least know of Olive Garden, usually because, well they are everywhere, and also offer good food. The food is sort of expensive, but expected of a semi-fancy/casual restaurant. It offers almost all of the American expected Italian dishes, culminating in the “Tour of Italy”- a tasty blend of three favorites. Other plusses include the breadsticks, unlimited salad, and the sweet “Ollie the Olive” cup you get if you’re a kid! yay!
