The Best
I took my girlfriend and another couple to the restaurant to cellebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. It is back in their old location and it was cool to be back there. We were greeted by the Sommelier Mark and incidentally he is now the general manager too. We got seated imediately and our menus were handed to us. They are the coolest menu’s too. Metal clipboards no less. Our server arrived and offered us some wine (No liquor license) but who cares because the the wine list was also unusual with some weird incredible wines. Mark came over with a couple of recommendations and we selected a Coho Pinot which was fairly pricey but unbelieveably good with our Veal Shortrib appetizer and their AWESOME garlic rolls.
We all ordered salads and starters and my Israeli Salad was great and my girl had cucumber and shrimp salad. Awesome again. for dinner I had a veal chop which was huge and the best I’ve ever had. My girl and her friend had Seabass and my buddy had the lamb chops which he said was the best he ever had. We also had a second bottle of wine which I cant remember the name of but it was another NEW pinot which I had never heard of and unfortunately cant remember the name. Chef Omri came to the table later in the evening and we had a blast with him. DO NOT MISS THIS RESTAURANT. IT is THE BEST

Veal Chop
The chop is outstanding. Black morel mushroom, great sauce and cooked perfectly. I was just not sure whether it was rude to use my fingers on the bone but Mark the Sommelier laughed and said he would be insulted if I did not. He actually offered to gnaw on the bone for me.
Mexican Seabass
Tasted my girls dinner and the Seabass which was cooked to perfection witha fresh Papaya Salsa was great. I will try it next time. Not too dry nor undercooked, a really hard thing to do with Seabass

Totally different experience (in a good way)
This restaurant focuses more on the food than than most in Palm Desrt. If all you care about is your table location and whether or not you have a view of all the other guests (see and be seen mentality) then you would be wasting your time to come here. If you love food and great wine, this is the place to be and especially now towards the end of the season ( reservations are still needed, it’s a SMALL space) you will recieve the attention you deaserve from servers whop are knowledgable and passionate about serving and the food they are presenting. most of the staff has worked with Chef Omri siklai for years and can explain the menu pefectly and are willing to spend time answering questions about pairings. It gets loud, it IS small but it is also a taste adventure and not to be missed by any true lover of food at it’s it’s best. I tried the chef’s cobia special and it was the best I’ve ever tasted. On any given night he may offer up to 6 differnet featured (off the menu) main dishes. Superb and excellent!!!
