Champagne Brunch w/all you can drink Mai Tais. Yes.
But I am back on the champagne after discovering the Mai Tais are sneaky little bastards. There is an all you can eat buffet with a lot of wonderful things to choose from. You have your traditional basics of lo mein, spring rolls, fried rice, salads, won tons, sweet and sour port, etc, as well as more exotic things like Walnut Shrimp and scallops in black bean sauce, steamed fish in garlic sauce, pepper pork chops, tea-smoked duck. They also have a moo shu bar and Lettuce Chicken Wrap bar. My friends seem to really love the soup bar. You pick what you want in your soup from a large variety of meats and veggies, and they cook it up for you. I personally don’t think wasting stomach room on broth is a good idea. I fill up on the scallops and pork.
The sushi table is not impressive, and the meat does not taste fresh or good at all, I would skip that. but there is so much else to pick from, you won’t care. I never have room for the dessert table. I have my white chocolate dipped fortune cookie as dessert. They are so pretty wrapped in colored foils. But if you insiste, they have carrot cake, brownies, chocolate cake, dipped strawberries, fruit and almond pudding.
They don’t always have the Braised Meat Balls, but this is my favorite of all favorites. If they have this, I can pile my plate with these tender, juicy, flavorful spheres of meat with cabbage, and chinese broccoli, my champagne, and I am good.
