So Palo Alto hosted a music and film fest on University Ave. last night… I like going to street fairs and I really like them at night. Something about the vibe in the air… Anyways, so because University Ave. was blocked off from cars, a bunch of the restaurants along the way set up tables on the street itself. Very cool!
I picked Pasta? because my friend works there and it’s in a great spot on University. Unfortunately a few weeks ago there was a fire next door at the Walgreens that condemned the building and it’s been blocked off (Pasta? was unscathed). That’s been hurting Pasta’s business for a bit.
But not last night! Business was great and people were happily eating and drinking all night. I ordered the Fettucini al Salmone (my fave dish there) and a special bruschetta for appetizer. The bruschetta had an additional piece of prosciutto and mozzeralla and was delicious! The service was very friendly and the scene was great. Overall, a great night.
So, to all readers out there, Pasta? is indeed open for business!
