5.0This place and L’Ambroisie are really the reasons I gotta quit messing around and move to Paris. Again, only ate here once, but it was off the charts. The highlight of the chef tasting menu was the ‘pied de cheval’, a 25 year old oyster. Might sound disgusting, but trust me it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Supposedly the way to do it, though, is to order a la carte. And, if you’re into cigars, they have a great humidor, and three waiters come to your table with carts just for you to pick the cigar you want. It’s quite a presentation.
