PJ’s Bakery offers delicious (can you believe it?) gluten free white and sour dough bread among other items. They also use splenda in their pies, cakes, and cookies. Everything I’ve tried is delicious. Wonderful sandwiches and soups for lunch.
Wonderful consistency – not crumbly. Tastes like regular bread – lasts a week.

If you aren’t suppose to have sugar and crave something sweet, this bakery has the best sugar-free baked goods I have ever found.
Try it, you won’t regret it.

OUTSTANDING doesn’t even describe this place!!!! I was diagnosed with celiac disease a month ago and have struggled to find something similar to bread that I could eat. PJs offers a bread that rivals any homemade bread grandma made and very reasonably priced. My husband is diabetic and found a wonderful sugarfree merangue pie! Best of all, we can have the sugarfree pies made with gluten-free crust so that we can enjoy them together. These folks have invested in training on how to properly produce gluten-free foods and put together the ingredients to give it the texture and flavor of anything made with flour.
