Current review of Puerto Spain in Hoboken. Good clean decore, friendly staff, nice menu, fair pricing, food however sometimes right on the mark like the Galician Soup and other times like tonight (2/15/09)how does one ruin Paella Valencianna— the lobster was so over cooked (dry, no flavor); what a shame. Oh well. Might try again and mention don’t over cook the lobster. Good luck.
