Have ordered here for 15-20 years and was pretty satisfied until they didn’t deliver one night. we called 2 hours after we placed the order and said we didn’t receive the food and they couldn’t even tell us where it went or who signed for it, since we had paid on a card, someone took our food and forged the signature. Not apologetic at all, no customer service skills, he could have cared less that they lost a customer who orders from there at least once a week. overall bad experience, will never order from here again.
