Being a multi-year past customer of Rossini’s, I just had to express my feeling of the current restaurant. This place has gone downhill! As with all in this economy prices have been raised quantity has been reduced. OK I can agree with it but charging for a refill on soft drinks, even Burger King lets you refill for free. The current owners do not care about their patrons or wait staff. Recently visiting, not only were the two owners drinking, and showing the effects of alcohol, but yelling and swearing at their wait staff. If it wasn’t for the ladies running around serving people, they would not have a business. Frank, the previous owner, would walk around and talk to the customers; these two clowns hide behind a bottle of booze. A word to the owners “BRING BACK THE WAITRESS’ FROM THE LAST TWO YEARS”. These older, more mature, waitress took care of the customers, not just out for the tip dollar. Sorry to say my family will not be going back there until circumstances change, back to the way they used to be, or new owners take control of the business, and hopefully remember that without the right waitress, and responsible owners, you have no customers.

My wife and I have beed eating at this establishment for 10+ years. Since last mothers day, things have really gone down hill. On Mothers Day, we were seated for our reservation an hour late. After ordering, our meal arrived more than an hour later. Everyone was complaining. Evidently they fired their chefs the day before. OK strike one.

Yesterday, strikes 2, 3, 4 and 5.
(2) Many of our favorite items have been removed from the menu.
(3) Of the items that remain, as of today, no changes or substitutions are now allowed. For example, you can get pasta and asparagus, but not broccoli, even though shrimp with brocolli is on the menu!
(4) Drinks are watered down. Pasta noodles are not what they were.
(5) When we commented to the owner Chick, we were given the flippent answer: “Some things have to change.” Others were commenting as well.

It is a shame, this was an excellent restaurant. Maybe it is the ecomomy. Maybe not. We may give it one last chance, maybe.
