Rotier’s is a loveable dump with great burgers and fantastic fried pickles. The TVs can be a bit distracting but it’s all part of the charm. (I would give it a 3.5 but there aren’t any halfway points on the stars.) On the other hand, the service runs hot and cold — sometimes awesome, sometimes nonexistent. And the drinks are always stale. Overall, though, it’s still a good place to unwind with friends. (And those pickles will never be surpassed.) (Ever.)
