to me, this is a 5-star restaurant. food was BEYOND expectation – truly fabulous. HEALTHY, PURE, and MOST importantly, DELICIOUS! beautiful presentation, delectable morsels, perfect portions. the following was my menu: Chilled Vegetable Gazpacho with Mango, Avocado, Mint, Basil; main course, Kataifi Crusted Columbia River Salmon with Saffron Fregola, Spring Vegetables, Tomato-Basil Nage, Chili Oil; and then for dessert, Local Strawberry with Banana, Orange, Bourbon Vanilla, Anise-Hyssop Sherbet. SUPERB! service was top notch, space was BEAUTIFUL. highly recommended!!!
