Rubios seems to have a nice variety of things on the menu that spice it up a bit. They’ve got fish and shrimp dishes and something call “street tacos” that I need to try next time.

While we were there, they even brought around free samples of a new salmon taco that they’re gonna start offering soon. Nice touch.

There’s only about 4 types of salsa, but one was a Chipotle version which was quite sweet and tasty.

As far as fast food goes, the food here is quite good and it’s nice that you can get seafood as an alternative to boring beef.
