I’ll never go to another steak house in Baltimore. Ruth’s Chris has several locations in and around Baltimore…my favorite location is on Restaurant Row (Water St.). It’s a classic atmosphere and the service is exceptional. Their new $35.95 multi-course menu is fantastic, and affordable for most people looking for an upscale dining experience anytime during the year.
