High quality at extreme prices

I went for the steak and while it was nothing short of very good, it was not what I would consider a life-changing experience worthy of the almost flagrant sticker shock at the end of the meal. Considering all we ordered were steaks, a couple of sides and soft drinks (no alcohol) the pricey bill ($180 + tax and tip, for two) made reflection on the experience tainted long after the last delicious morsel was consumed.

Great Steakhouse

This is a classic. Though it is a chain, it is a well-done one. The steak (only ever get the delmonico) is wonderful. The best sides are the potatoes gratin and the broiled tomatoes. Their new menu options make it a little more affordable as well. Great wine selection.

You leave with a happily full belly if a not as happy wallet.
