best kept secret sold here: salmon wings! the poor man’s lox, only $4/lb. pan fry and eat with bagels. only two taiwanese bros who used to work for zabar’s would come up with an idea like this: save the ends of expensive lox and resell to poor students. same great taste but at 1/4 of the price! deli itself is blah.
