Please welcome Executive Chef Daniel Amaya. A person of exceptional talent and creativity, Chef brings with him several years of experience from the west coast as well as the east coast.
He knows how to work with simple ingredients and transform them into heavenly dishes. He has worked in prestigious restaurants in the nation such as Ondine (San Francisco), Gary Danko (San Francisco) and The Black Hawk Grille (Danville, CA) to name a few. He has been trained by Executive Chef Seiji Wakabayashi. He has also been named the ‘Best Chef of East Bay’ in the past. He has experience in casual and fine dining and has worked on a range of cuisines (Japanese, Italian, French, Fusion) and is plunging into Neuvo Latino cuisine. This is where his heart and roots lie. His main focus is to make his customers happy and everywhere he has pleasantly surprised them with his inventive and creative culinary skills and excellent presentation. The greatness of his cuisine is the simplicity of his style.
