Saddle Peak Lodge where rustic ambiance meets a sophisticated palate.
Saddle Peak Lodge has existed in some form or another for nearly 125 years. Rich history, timeless style and contemporary cuisine. Chef's Adam Horton and Chris Kufek prepare French influenced contemporary American cuisine. With an emphasis on hearty wild game preparations. There is something for everyone with light flavorful seafood dishes as well as delicious vegetarian options.
The cocktail list prepared by our resident Mixologist features classic prohibition era cocktails as well as modern versions of some classics.
