One of the things I really missed when I moved here from Florida was good ice cream. Ice cream is a big staple down there because it’s always hot, and you NEED it all year round. :) Most of the places in Fort Mill are okay, but nothing special. Last night our friend took us to Sayagos Ice Cream & Cafe in Baxter. I got a cappuccino which was very good and my husband got a waffle cone of what I think is called cappuccino crunch. I was on a diet night, but did taste it. It was so good we brought some home. Tonight was my night off an everyone had a scoop. It was out of this world. It has a nice creamy cappucino ice cream with dark chocolate and maybe some crushed beans in it? Unbelievable! Loved it! Absolutely recommend it. For the little kiddies they have an ice cream called superman that looks good too. Enjoy.
Creamy rich texture flavored with a very good expresso, lots of rich, somewhat soft thick dark chocolate, and possibly some crushed roasted expresso beans. Lots of texture and flavor. The best ice cream I have had in the Fort Mill area.
