Revamped sermets corner, fancier inside but food prices high
I’ve been to Sermet’s corner quite a few times, my favorite dish is the chicken with squash ravioli. It’s an amazing dish and the sauce is delicious. I’m glad that when they revamped the restaurant (put covers over the chairs, redid the ceiling, and increased their prices) they kept this dish but previously they had 2 portion sizes for the dish and now they are serving only 1 portion size (the small portion) for more than they were charging for the large portion before :(
Dishes I tried:
Chicken with squash ravioli
This dish is delicious, not happy with portion size and price though. Chicken sauteed with smoked bacon, mushrooms, and granny smith apples in a marsala parmesan sauce over butternut squash ravioli. The butternut squash, bacon, mushrooms, and apples all go amazingly well together to make this one of my favorite dishes. I prefer the larger portion size and cheaper price before they redid the restaurant though.
