Go here with a friend and share a plate. The food is a solid “8”, the service is pleasant, and it’s a great place to sit with that friend and catch up. . . . or be prepared to get a box to go after you eat part of the large portion they’ll serve you.

Easily accessible on Westwood Blvd., large enough to host a big group, and reasonable prices.

First thing you notice when you walk in is how big the portions are. I have never been able to finish anything and that is a good thing as you prepare for left overs.

I love this place. The menu is ‘authentic’ and the flavors are great. The service is very good and they are great at explaining things and encouraging you to experiment.

like the previous reviewer stated, the portion sizes here are incredibly huge. i don’t know how anyone could ever finish one of their plates in one sitting.

as for the food, i have to make the disclaimer that this was my first time here, but i’m a new fan. i’m always a bit wary of grilled bbq and shishkabob plates because the meats tend to run dry, but i was amazed at how tender and juicy the meat was. i came with a large party and got to try multiple dishes and they were all surprisingly tender— the chicken, the lamb, the beef…incredible! (i had read reviews on other sites about how the food & service can be hit/miss).

the interior is well-lit, casual elegant, with warm orange hues. service very friendly, down-to-earth. ambiance good for large groups or couples.

look forward to returning here again.
