cheap, authentic sichuanese food!
If you like Chinese and can handle spicy food, this is the place to go! They have a huge array of menu items to choose from and once you order, the dishes come out steaming hot and flavorful. Don’t be surprised by the huge portions and the low price. It’s meant to be a feast with family and friends. =) I guarantee you’ll walk out full with enough leftovers to last you another meal!
Dishes I tried:
Kung Pao Chicken
Unlike other Chinese restaurants, their kung pow is a little spicy and sour. You also won’t feel weiged down with the refreshing crunch of peanuts and stir-fried cabbage bits.

A Group favorite.
Me and my friends have been coming here since we started school 3 years ago. Every time I go, there are fun times to be had. The place is usually crowded around dinner and lunch but it is just a testament to how good it is. The staff is comprised of many friendly and good people. The portions are great (probably bringing home left overs) and the service is fast. They have food for just about every palette, especially those people who like their food spicy. There are a few places around this area and they don’t compare taste and price wise. I recommend trying it out if you are in the area.
Dishes I tried:
Mongolian Chicken
My personal favorite. It’s got a little bit of spice and little bit of sweetness. The onions are great and the chicken is wonderful. Everyone I’ve had try it, enjoyed it.
Fried Dumpling
I’ve had better dumplings, but you get alot for what you pay for. For somewhere near $5 you get 20 dumplings that taste pretty good. I haven’t been anywhere else where you can get that many decent dumplings for that price. Definitely great for a big group.
Buffet Hot Pot
Not much to say other than it was good hot pot for a great price. I could write more but this place is just worth checking out yourself.

My co-workers and I love this place! Wonderfully prepared spicy dishes abound… It can get a little cramped in there, however. Since it’s not Cantonese, I have to be in the mood for it in order to go. Every time, I’m delighted, though…

Beats any Sichuan Restuarant in Seattle
There are several great Sichuan Restaurants in Seattle. An example is the Sichuan Bistro in Greenwood. I live just across the highway in Maple Leaf, but my friends and I find oursevles driving 20 minutes away just to eat at Sichuan Cuisine.
Very good dishes, it’s one of those places where you’re full but still find yourself filling your rice bowl again and again.
Good choices: Gong bao ji (Kung pao chicken), most of their noodle dishes
Do not order: Jiaozi (dumplings): their dumplings were very dissapointing based on how awesome thier other dishes were.
