Simply It’s owner Tuan Nguyen came to this country in a boat with 30 members of his family in 1975 just before the North Vietnamese regime gained power. Having studied law in South Vietnam he understood business practices. He combines his passion for food by shopping at fresh marketplaces and provides this fresh food for patrons. He also loves to educate his guests about the difference between North, South and Central Vietnamese food which he carries on his menu.
Guests are invited to bring their own wine and beer with no corkage fee. Also popular is a perfectly balanced housemade lemonade (which tastes more like limeade) or a smoothie with fresh fruit. Patrons are also served a complimentary dessert of sliced melons and mango.
