4.0This spot used to be the first San Tung Chinese restaurant… owned by a man with two sons who grew up to run the business as it expanded.
One of the sons decided to re-model it, give it a new name, and make his own style of Chinese Fusion.
It is still very much home-style northern Chinese cooking, which is comfort food to me and my family. There’s just nothing like hand-made noodles, vegetables and meat in a wok over a huge flame.
I have had black bean noodles, pork with garlic, and pork w/hot pepper noodles. All were huge portions and had a price tag of under 7 dollars. You even get some edamame they bring out for everybody.
Try the So Wings (fried chicken wings with a semi-sweet glaze) or the So Mushrooms.
