We went to Soba Koh pretty early because we were told that it gets crowded – well, we were pretty early. It is a tiny place, though, and by the time we left it was all filled up! The service was good & the food was good – I would go back!
I cant remember what the name of the dish was, but it was hot soba with eggplant and it was really good – especially for a cold night!
