Soltan Banoo is a cute Persian hideaway in University Heights. Small, but we had a nice 20 person party fit on the patio, festive decor, good service. Middle Eastern platter to start — taboulis, hummus & pita were very tasty. Loubiah polo with Lamb shank was tasty, satisfying, tender pieces of lamb made it for me. I would definitely go back.
