the first time i visited, it was closed due to health code violations. several, actually, according to the sign up on the door.

but after encouragement from the vegetarian community at large, i went back again. what can i say? it’s an adventure.

don’t go there looking for healthy vegetarian — it’s unapologetically looking to be more delicious than good-for-you. do i mind? nope.

12 friends & family there, different occasions, different families, on two occasions. Several others arriving as if for the Haj (though this operation is Ethiopian Jewish) from west & east coasts. Wait staff is excited to serve water — healthy, y’know. All 12 persons ordered different entree’s (almost) on both occasions. All 12 said their meal was excellent.
