Before the winter season officially started, Spago offered a 5-course tasting menu for $45. All of the dishes were seasonal and complimented each other well. Although it wasn’t a big portion for any of the courses, by the end of the meal you will be completely stuffed. This is a fine dining restaurant therefore service is expected to be at it’s best, and because this restaurant is inside the Ritz-Carlton, it has to meet it’s even higher standard. It is not a disappointed coming to this cute restaurant with cow-print furniture and excellent service.
