By far the most enjoyable steak I have ever had in my life of 24 years. The sirloin was cooked to medium-rare perfection and the side of Roquefort cheese was a necessary pungent yet delicious compliment. I also highly highly recommend the mushroom caps and this is coming from a usual mushroom cynic.
