Oh, that’s just how they named the dish. It’s called Pad See Ew in a lot of other restaurants, it’s probably called black noodles because it uses a lot of soy sauce, so the noodles get fairly dark. :)

Well let’s see I had the Mae Kong Pork chops and they were really tasty lovely flavor. I always love the veggie pad thai only sad though they didn’t seem to have any prik nam pla (spicy fish sauce) which I always add more of this time around. I love the curry puffs for starters, the green papaya salad was good but needed a little more heat, lovely flavor onthe thai volcano chicken, crispy half chicken, hot sweet basil with chiken, Japanese Eggplant with Sweet Basil and last the Drunk Man Noodle veg Ok so we ate a lot the food was lovely and the company was great what can I say no complaints I jsut would like some prik nam pla by my plate to add as I desire
