Their tables are all mushed close together, so you can hear everyone around you, has that NYC feel….Their menu is very creative both in presentation style and taste. The food is really well prepared with fine subtle mixes of mainly Asian ingredients. They have pretty interesting juice mixes too.

Spring is a fine dining experience for New American cuisine with a Japanese flair mixed in. Although everything is delicious, do focus on the seafood as that is their specialty. One thing that really blew me away was the wine list. Even with an ever changing food menu, Spring still manages to keep a perfect wine list. The wine pairing was the best I have ever had at any restaurant – including Tru and Arun’s! Listen to your waiter for help in selecting your wine – even if you know a lot on your own. The decor is modern and very cool, but still comfortable. Expect to pay between $65-$100 per person with wine. Gentlemen – tuck in a dressy button up shirt into nice pants. No tie required, but that still means you should avoid being the guy with “nice” jeans and a golf shirt.
