Unfortunately I was unable to evaluate this restaurant because I never found disability access. I can hardly believe after all this time a public location has blatantly ignored Federal ADA laws. I also can’t believe that the City has allowed them to continue with this violation.

First of all the place is claiming to be Italian but I am almost certain that 90% of the menu is basic deep fried, frozen, pre-made bar food. Pizza and pasta are hardly Italian if they are not made fresh. Sorry St Chucks’s frozen pizza does not qualify as Italian either. Next I have witnessed the older blonde lady actually throw pennies at a CUSTOMER because she thought they were a tip. She was confused that the customer was giving her a tip when he was only pushing the change left behind from the previous patron. Which he must have left behind as her tip. [*hint *hint] THIS IS NOT AT ALL HOW YOU REACT EVEN IF GIVING THE TIP! It shows desperation and it is not at all professional. Finally for take-out alcohol if you ask for an extra plastic bag to carry a 12 pack of lb’ers than BE PREPARED to get hollered at by any of the bartenders. And whats the deal with no ADA compliance’s?
Also, I only tipped paper to prevent being bombarded by change.
