Stir Fresh is a lot of fun for a meal out. The food is set out buffet-style, but it’s all raw foods. You select your bowl, fill it up, and hand it over to the chef to cook in front of you. Get exactly what you want every time.

At the end of the food bar is a seasoning section. There are several different liquids to choose from that can be combined in any number of ways to make something taste just right for you. The only problem is it takes several attempts to get the perfect flavor combination. Also, if anyone in front of you takes the extra-spicy option, pretty much the next 10 or so people get some of that extra-spicyness too from the cooking surface.

While the place seems pretty great for vegetarians – you choose what goes on your plate – anyone who is a stickler won’t like the fact that your food is grilled on the same area as the guy in front of you’s chicken. Personaly I figure all resturants are this way, you just don’t see it happening.
