I know, who would have thought that little old Fargo would have a sushi restaurant that was any good, but we do, in fact, have two of them. Of the two, Sushi Time is much better. Cheng, the chef, is both friendly and very skilled. He gives great sized portions at a very reasonable price.
If you ask to try something new or different he’s always got suggestions and is responsible for the variety of sushi I’ve had because of this. Even when I’ve not asked he often makes suggestions or asks if I’d like to try something new.
All of his food is fresh and his rice is always cooked perfectly.
Plus, how many times can you say that you’ve been to a sushi restaurant that’s inside of Irish Pub that’s inside of a hotel? Only in Fargo… only in Fargo…. Ha!
I love it though. Definitely a treat whenever I get a chance to go there and the #1 MUST GO restaurant on my list whenever I visit Fargo. If you ever get the change to go to Fargo and love sushi, be sure to check it out.
And if you love sushi and live in Fargo? Don’t be afraid to make yourself a regular, it’s sure to become a journey into new delights.
Oh, there’s also a bar menu too with lots of American foods for your friends if they aren’t sushi fans…

03/11/2009The first time I tried sushi was at this restaurant. I was hesitant to order it but was vey happy I did. It was very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
