Five dumplings for a buck — couldn’t be good, right? Well, you are right. These dumpling aren’t good. They are THE BEST.

Best value for the money in Chinatown for sure!

Besides their incredibly cheap and delicious dumplings, which run between $1-$3 per order of 5-8 dumplings, they have a pretty good menu of soups, noodle dishes, and typical appetizers.

All the dumplings are made fresh in the store, and you can buy bags of 50 frozen dumplings for only $8-$12 per bag!
If you come during peak lunch hours, definitely get your food to go, as the 11 chairs in the place fill up quickly. I would definitely call ahead to pick up an order of any boiled dumplings as they take about 10 minutes to cook.
The decor isn’t why you want to come here, for sure. But really, my only complaint is that this place is so far away from where I live!

This little gem of Chinatown comes a bit hidden. Located on Mulberry St. (off of canal st. and across from columbus park). You walk in and it’s very small, but you’re really not there for the atmosphere. It’s a quick snack and great value indeed. At $1 (flat rate/tax included) you find yourself holding a container of hot dumplings that don’t even need sauce because they are juicy and perfectly seasoned to taste. Think about it…you could have 25 dumplings for $5…THAT’S CRAZY!!! Try it out and let me know what you think!!!
