Good vegetables, but again the batter is often soggy. I’ve tried this twice and it’s consistently very unlike tempura batter.

This is very tasty. Your choice of meat or tofu. Glass noodles, cabbage, a few sprinkles of green onion, crushed peanut. It’s wonderful. This is a spicy soup, but not too spicy.
