Well, the filet mignon au poivre I’ve ordered was overcooked and my son’s ground beef was pink and undercooked.
The waitress never asked me if everything was all right, as she kept ignoring me and only talk to my wife.
What a bad experience. Me and many people from Cowansville will never go to that restaurant or that withering city, for that matter.
Overcooked, a waste of meat.

October 4, 1994 we got stuck in Richford in a freak snow storm on the a trip back from Canada.
We ending up staying at the Crossing for two day’s.
The food was great and we met the most friendly people in my lifetime.
