Terrible terrible terrible service. I still don’t know about the food. I’ve tried to place an order to pick-up. Couldn’t do it. Their website is DOWN. Their manager and owner ARE NOT THERE. The hostess who answered the phone IS NOT THERE. She directed me to another website that doesn’t exist as well. Then she finally found the correct website so that I could view the menu, I spent 15 minutes going through it to plan my dinner and when I called back (this is now the 5th phone call) they didn’t have any of the items on the web menu any more. I wanted to reach through the telephone and wring some Thai chicken.

I really hope the food here is NOT good, because that makes it worse that in an economy as it is at present, businesses can get away with lame service like this. Why would YOU NOT WANT BUSINESS? WAKE UP!

Happened to be in the area and drove by and decided to try lunch here. Pleasantly surprised to find a mostlyThai buffet. Restaurant was nicely decorated in Japanese style; sleek, wood design. A few booths which we chose and famlily style tables in the center. The variety was very good; and all deicious. Appetizers of dumplilngs and two soups were just okay but the entrees were exceptional, especially liked the red thai vegetables, tofu in a cilantro sauce and the other 8 of more. Deserts were mango and strawberry custard cakes, fruit and rice pudding. I looked up this place after I got home as I had never heard of it and will definitely go back and saw the reivew about service. The service was superb; my water glass was refilled numerous times without request as I drink a lot of water, plates cleared and questions answers about dishes by accessible and friendly waiters.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love the food at The Noodle House, but are seriously considering never going back. The penultimate time we went, the staff took forever to bring us things (even something as simple as water). At that point, we just wrote it down to the place being busy.
But we went again for Valentine’s day, and despite there only being about 7 other occupied tables, it took us 20 minutes before someone even filled our water glasses for the first time (the second time was after our meal was over and we asked for more water). It took us forever to get our food, but as it was delicious, we finished it off quickly. We waited at least a good 15 minutes before someone came to our table asking if we were done. We said we were going to order dessert, but that we’d like our plates cleared away – the server left without clearing the dishes. Another server came up and took our order, and then left without taking the dishes. Then a THIRD server came up, and we pointed to what we wanted to be cleared away, and also asked that two of our three dishes of food be wrapped to go (the third one was too spicy for our taste). The server took ONE of the plates and wrapped it up at a very slow pace and brought it back. We pointed out that we also wanted the other plate wrapped to go, but that we’d just put it in the same bag as the other one. This time he took TWO dishes (the one we wanted wrapped and the one we wanted to discard) and went and wrapped them both up, again at a very slow pace, and brought them back to us IN ANOTHER BAG. Then he left without clearing our table. Finally after another 10 minutes, someone else came to clean up the rest of the dishes. By this point we had been at our table in the restaurant for an hour and forty minutes. We waited a little longer for our dessert (by this point, around 20 minutes had passed since we ordered it). Finally we decided to forget it, and asked for the check. Wouldn’t you know it – our dessert arrived. So as soon as the waiter came with the tray, we sent her right back to pack it up to go. We paid our money (where the receipt already had the tip included…otherwise we wouldn’t have left any) and got the hell out of there.
