ok food for melrose hipsters
Went here accidentally after Cafe Angeli was closed on Sunday even though a friend made a reservation for la dine.
Pretty crowded with a short wait for Suday Brunch around 12.
The menu has 4 “Benedicts”. I had the Euro Benedict.
Basket of breads and mini muffins were at the table upon seating.
Bakery on site. A complimentary loaf of bread was offered. I don’t know if this always occurs.
Dishes I tried:
Euro Benedict
Not traditional. Their version uses pieces of bread on the bottom with ham and bacon. The poached eggs were almost solid as opposed to runny.

02/06/2009I like this place because the manager is so nice. He once gave my friend and I bunch of breakfast pastries and cakes in the am. Cool place to hang out with ok breakfast.
