The Yellow Porch is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. Luckily, we have many fine eateries herre in Nashville, but this little place is tops. The food and service are both stellar. My only remark would be the poor lighting, but our waitress graced us w/ little mag lites. She even offered reading glasses. She must have been able to discern our aging eyes!

Last night I met w/ some new friends here. It was suggested by BP. I was totally amazed that this little restaurant was big on food, wine and service. I actually took the 2 entrees on the specials menu home for my husband and I since he was not in attendance. We ate the food, now room temp., while standing over the stove. It was scrumptious, we didn’t want to take time to reheat it. The specials were duck breast and blackened triple tail fish. The waiter helped w/ my wine choice of a buttery white called JJ Vincent. I would recommend this rest. to anyone that like nouveau cuisine, but w/ bigger portions!
