Tijuana Mexican Cafe

We had terrible service. The music was so loud, you could not hear yourself, and this was at lunchtime, when there were very few people in the restaurant. Also, several of the men, at the bar, made loud and what seemed like obscene remarks to the waitresses. No manager was on duty. Although there were very few people in the restaurant, it took about an hour, from when we ordered our food, to get served, even though we asked our waitress several times to bring our food and when it was going to be ready. Additionally, the waitresses we had could not speak English well enough to understand what we were talking to them about. We said several times, if our food did not arrive shortly that we were going to leave, but the waitresses did not understand, and our food still did not arrive, and they never did tell us when it would arrive. To sum it up, they should have paid us, rather than us paying them for our meal. They totally frustrated us, and we left in a bad mood — not the way I like to leave a restaurant. If there were no stars on this review that is what I would give it. We will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go back!!!
