1.0July 15, 2012 ate @ Arvada, CO restaurant ordering $15 asparagus, bacon, gluten free pizza and Club Salad. These were the worst foods ever received from any business. I was embarrassed with guests. Pizza dough was hard, cracker, no substance, dry. No Flavor. Bacon was item but served raw meat with no clue what it was. The salad was equally bad. It had wilted lettuce, only small bits of dry chicken, no bacon as described on menu. Small cup of store bought ranch dressing & one small slice of bread. This cost $9.75. Service was the worst. Service was late with everything. The place was not busy for Sunday afternoon. The bus boy dumped waste water from two tables away into planter next to my guest. I had never seen this & was ready to walk out with a loud outburst but most of the people were drunk & it would be a scene with no manager in sight only a drunk bartender. I will do all possible to attack this product & restaurant here to reviews with no credit to extreme, excessive cost of a gluten-free product know to be a complete stretch meaning it does not do any good & truth will be told. You will get yours just as you charged me $25 for this garbage . I would not leave a tip but guests dropped $3 cash just to show mercy. There is none when you steal our money. What will you do next? I know what I will do. Do not be deceived by the poorest bread in your routine chain markets. It’s not worth manager’s half price mark off.

5.0This place has great, individual pizzas that are cooked to perfection in a stone, wood-fired oven. They are all around $12 each, and very tasty. The appetizers are OK, but can be scary. We were delighted to find falafel, and hummus on the appetizer menu, but what we got was not what we were expecting. The falafel was green, (should be more yellow peas), and some of the peas were not cooked. It was also a bit too gushy. Good falafel is crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. This was not. It is better classified as “faux falafel.” The hummus was much the same. It was not smooth, and had chunks of whole bean in it. Hummus needs to be smooth with more garlic.
You cannot go wrong with any of the thin crust, individually prepared, and wood oven baked pizzas.
Hey, they have great ovens, why not make bread? They do, and you can not only enjoy it in the restaurant, you can buy some to take home. This is some of the best restaurant bread you will ever taste.
