Veniero's Pasticceria & Caffe

Hugely disappointed (due to really high hopes). Don’t get me wrong, their stuff is pretty good, but when you’ve ordered a tiramisu, and get a cake with lady fingers slapped on the outside, that is not the tiramisu I was expecting. Likewise, their cannoli was good, but nothing to write home. I did however like their cheesecake more, nice rich and smooth.

Orgasm in baked goods form?? Think Matrix…

This place holds a really special place in my heart. I grew up in this pastry shop/cafe, I’ve licked the chocolate off of the top of the mini eclairs and had gran marnier chocolate birthday cakes since I was a kid, and the cafe itself holds many wonderful memories for me. Don’t miss the cakes, cannolis, eclairs or anything for that matter. Try the mini pastry sample plate. Go there with the people you love and enjoy every minute.
