Ventana is Going to be One of My Favorite Spots!

I went here over their opening weekend and had several of their dishes. The room has a very cool look and feel with windows all around. The tables add a fun element as they look like windows (Ventana means window) and the curved bar was a great centerpiece for the room. It was very unusual for an opening as everything seemed like it had been in place for years and the staff and food were amazing!

Wow! I can only say good things about the combination of flavors on this plate. I am not a big vegetable person but I even liked the Swiss Chard on the plate.
