Delicious thin pizza!
I LOVE Via Tribunali. They have great thin-style pizza which is very quickly baked in their brick oven (it’s fun to watch them make the pizza in less than a minute). Some folks may think that their pizza is a bit on the soggy side because it’s so thin. The meats they use are from Salumi meats and I love the atmosphere here. It feels like a nice Belltown restaurant in terms of decor but it’s just great pizza. Warning—they don’t take reservations for parties less than 6 people and there is usually a significant wait; however, if you call for takeout, they can have your pizza ready within 10 minutes.

Amazing Pizzeria with beautiful interiors and...
Amazing Pizzeria with beautiful interiors and lovely furniture. You can watch the chef’s make the pizza in the brick oven from anywhere in dining area.
Their pizza is crisp, fresh and thin to the point that one can actually taste everything except for the dough.
It is highly advisable to book well ahead of time as this is a popular joint which gets crowded very quickly especially towards the evening.
